Good afternoon,

The Advanced Distributed Learning Initiative has two new Technical Webinars scheduled for you in March! Join Shelly Blake-Plock of Yet Analytics as he discusses two projects: DATASIM and DAVE. See the dates, a short description, and registration links below:

Data and Training Analytics Simulated Input Modeler (DATASIM)
Date: Wednesday, 11 March 2020
Time: 1400-1500 EST (U.S.)
Speaker: Shelly Blake-Plock (Yet Analytics)
Register: https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/727557144775245069

“The Data and Training Analytics Simulated Input Modeler (DATASIM) provides the ability to model a learner population and to generate a subsequent xAPI dataset based on the simulated activity of that learner population at any specified scale. It is the essential Testing and Evaluation application supporting the development of xAPI Profile design, xAPI-instrumented activities, and the benchmarking and stress-testing of xAPI-enabled technologies across the Total Learning Architecture.”

Data Analytics and Visualization Environment (DAVE)
Date: Wednesday, 25 March 2020
Time: 1400-1500 EST (U.S.)
Speaker: Shelly Blake-Plock (Yet Analytics)
Register: https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/4087231471677141517

“DAVE — the Data Analytics and Visualization Environment for xAPI and the Total Learning Architecture — provides a means of quickly creating portable data visualizations purposely built for xAPI-based semantics. The DAVE Framework provides a language and syntax for filtering and transforming xAPI data and a path to output it into completely customizable visualizations.”
